The Opportunity : Medical Manager / Clinical Trainer – Aesthetics

In this exciting role, you’ll support customers, clinicians, and our internal teams with expert education and training in advanced aesthetic technologies and dermal filler techniques — making a real impact on patient outcomes and client success.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager – Aesthetics , you will play a key role in delivering clinical excellence across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be responsible for :

• Leading hands-on training sessions and workshops on aesthetic devices and dermal filler techniques
• Conducting clinical trials and providing product support for both existing and potential customers
• Partnering with the sales team to identify market opportunities and enhance customer engagement
• Supporting sales and marketing efforts through clinical expertise, product demonstrations, and conference attendance
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining clinical training materials, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and safety standards

You’re an experienced and confident aesthetic professional who’s ready to step into a leadership training role. You bring clinical credibility, a passion for education, and the ability to connect with healthcare professionals at all levels.
