General Farm Hand

Our client, based in Monbulk, is seeking a general farm hand for their busy flower farm. This role is temp to perm and has the chance to progress to a more senior role.

• Main Duties / Responsibilities
• Perform manual labour
• Picking flowers
• Bunching / processing of flowers
• Delivering flowers to customers
• Irrigation
• Perform maintenance of farm
• Planting of seedlings
• Crop maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and abide by health and safety policies and procedures.
• Other farming tasks as directed
• Skills / Attributes
• Good communication skills
• Must be physically fit, able to perform manual labour
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Drivers license

• 28.00 - $29.00 per hour
