Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales targetsDrive commercial outcomes through effective sales strategies and operational excellenceEnsure visual merchandising and in-store presentation meet luxury standardsManage inventory, staff rostering, and day-to-day operationsBuild meaningful customer relationships that foster loyalty and brand advocacySupport team development through performance coaching, regular feedback, and recognitionCollaborate with head office and regional teams to execute promotional campaigns and events

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Store Manager in a consultative or premium retail environmentPassionate leadership style with a focus on developing high-performing teamsStrong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA keen eye for presentation and understanding of visual merchandising principlesHands-on approach to operations, from stock control to budget managementA genuine interest in working with luxury products and delivering memorable customer experiences
