We’re Crosslinks , an NDIS provider supporting people with disabilities for over 25 years.

You’ll help amazing people in the community live their best lives in ways that matter to them. You’ll bring energy, empathy, and encouragement – we’ll provide support, training, and fun.

Here’s how you'll make a difference :

• Helping participants achieve goals – big and small – in their homes and communities
• Getting out and about – cafes, classes, activities, shopping trips, and more
• Supporting personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness
• Administering medications as per support plans (training provided!)
• Communicating in meaningful, inclusive ways – meeting people where they’re at
• Driving participants to and from their activities using your own car or one of our vehicles

You’ll work with the same clients regularly , building genuine connections and witnessing their growth firsthand.
