What's the opportunity?

This newly created role of National Retail Operations Manager will oversee all Veneziano Cafes.

• Key Responsibilities
• Create strategies to increase sales and EBITA across all venues
• Collaborate, guide and mentor cafe teams to achieve operational targets
• Improve the guest experience and create coffee showpieces across our cafe network
• Analysis past and present results to improve customer service and achieve targets
• Foster an engaged team who pride themselves on high expectations, team work and trust.

• Prior management experience in the hospitality industry, where service standards are paramount :
• Experience analysing financial reports and making decisions that positively impact results :
• Success in implementing new initiatives to drive Café performance :
• Prior experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high performing talent :
• Proven experience translating brand standards into operational action.
• Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
