Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

An exciting opportunity for a warm and customer focused Clinic Administrator to join our team, working in clinics north of the river.

About the role : You will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner; Managing scheduling of 5+ appointment books at once - including outbound calls to clients for follow-up appointments, annual checks and appointment confirmations; Handle all incoming calls and email enquiries (often from people with a significant hearing loss) and possess the ability to convert them into bookings; Maintain patient records in an organised and confidential manner; General reception duties, including processing payments and invoicing; Contributing to local marketing efforts to promote our clinic and its services; Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the clinic; Working as part of a close-knit, welcoming, and approachable team. Performing minor hearing aid repairs (training provided). About you : Highly professional presentation; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive can-do attitude; Enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent service to our patients; Show initiative and possess excellent problem-solving skills; Demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to detail; Strong organisational and time management skills; Previous experience in face-to-face client service and office administration; Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; Experience with Microsoft suite is essential; Quick learner (training in our Office Management system will be provided); High school diploma or equivalent.
