ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an established chef looking for your next role Then we have just what youre looking for!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join the team at The Beckley our inhouse caf. You will lead the kitchen and food operations by delivering high quality food service leadership of the kitchen team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities of the role include :

• Customer obsession to deliver the best workplace caf in the world
• Team leadership
• Food preparation and delivery
• Inclusive menu development and delivery
• Innovation and uptodate with food and beverage trends
• Commercial acumen for food planning and delivering to achieve budgets
• Internal catering for events and team connects
• Inventory managementordering and stocktake control
• Housekeeping and maintenance of kitchen supplies
• Leadership and development of the kitchen team including recruitment
• Ability to work effectively with Hospitality Manager and front of house team

This role requires flexibility on availability between Sunday to Friday.
