Job Description :
Tech Mahindra is seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Techno Sales Leader to join our team in Australia, focusing on the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. As a Techno Sales Leader, you will play a critical role in driving sales and business growth by leveraging Microsoft technologies to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include generating new revenue streams, managing partner KPIs, and signing new contracts. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate New Revenue Streams : Develop and execute strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth for the APJ region.
- Manage Partner KPIs : Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving performance improvements.
- New Contract Signing : Lead the negotiation and signing of new contracts with clients in the APJ region, ensuring favorable terms and successful partnerships.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the APJ region.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored Microsoft solutions to address their business challenges.
- Solution Design : Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions using Microsoft technologies, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and technical requirements.
- Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to sales and delivery teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform sales strategies and solution offerings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions and achievement of sales goals.
- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and business processes.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for sales strategies, solution designs, and implementation plans.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality and performance of solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
