The Program Manager is an integral part of the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have :

- Proactive and innovative, with the ability to introduce new programs
- Physically fit and healthy to run programs, with the ability to work remotely and for extended periods on camp as required
- Strong office administration skills and attention to detail
The successful candidate for this challenging and rewarding position is responsible for managing programs, logistics, and resources to deliver outdoor experiences that challenge, reward, and inspire.
The position will involve both time in the field and in the office, offering great variety and opportunities for career growth.
Program Manager Job Duties :
Logistics
Oversee and provide approval for all logistical operations.
Program Manager Skills and Experience :
Beyond the Classroom runs a wide range of adventure-based activities in South Australia, including surf lessons, mountain biking, abseiling, kayaking, bushwalking, adventure tourism, and outdoor education activities and camps. The business operates three exclusive campsites : Willow Creek Adventure Camp near Victor Harbor, Narnu Farm on Hindmarsh Island, and Camp Illawonga at Swan Reach.
Beyond the Classroom is located on the Fleurieu Peninsula, with the main office in Middleton and a depot in Willunga. The successful applicant will be required to work between sites and have experience in the outdoor education sector.
