Aufgaben

Ansprechperson für nationale Kunden sowie den Aussendienst
Fachtechnische Kundenberatung per Telefon und per E-Mail in Deutsch und Französisch
Entgegennahme von Kundenbestellungen
Offert- und Auftragsstellung
Auftragsbearbeitung von der Bestellung bis zum Versand
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Retouren, Garantien und Gutschriften
Verwaltung von Kundendaten im ERP-System
Postdienst morgens und abends
Diverse Administrationsaufgaben
Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Spezialprojekten für den Leiter Verkauf / Verkaufsinnendienst

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion

Fundierte Kenntnisse der MS Office Produkte

Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Selbständigkeit

Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Effizienz

Sehr teamorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Französischkenntnisse (Niveau B2), jede weitere Landessprache von Vorteil

Gute Kommunikationsformen mit einer unternehmerischen Einstellung

Flexible, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
