Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated and passionate Field Service Engineer – Infection Control to join our Service Team in Sydney. You will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment based at our customer sites, creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Engineers as necessary.

In this role you will be responsible for :

• Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment;
• Troubleshooting issues which present occasionally in equipment, and ensure that the product is returned to a fully functional level enabling the customer to continue their business operations;
• Liaising with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team prior to attending customer sites; ensuring that you are effectively prepared to resolve the customer's issues;
• Completing Service Documentation within a mobile device
• Regional travel required.
