Pepsi Lipton is a global joint venture organization created between PepsiCo and Unilever. It’s a ~$ billion business and one of the big 3 iced Tea companies in the world. It’s the market leader within North America and Europe, but has a presence in over 50 markets across the globe.
Tea RTD remains a massive growth opportunity globally, still only accounting for >
5% of the LRB market and yet offering distinctive and on-trend tasty refreshment experiences. Building on tea’s inherent goodness Pepsi Lipton leads for greater environmental wellbeing via an ambitious net zero goal, enhances mental wellbeing through it brand purpose’s, and improves physical wellbeing though significantly healthier products.
As an autonomous company in its own right, the joint venture has its own board of directors (50% UL and 50% PEP) and global leadership team.
