The Role
In the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager you will ensure the smooth daily operations of the store, help to recruit and train the team to be successful, work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
Skills and Attributes
- Experience in a similar management position
- Competent in running shifts and training staff
- A high level of attention to detail and a forward-thinking professional
- Lead staff by example
- Great communication skills and be fun, dynamic, outgoing
