Good Shepherd College is a flourishing P–12 co‑educational Lutheran school, proudly serving the Hamilton community in the heart of Victoria’s Western District. Operating across two campuses, the College is supported by Lutheran Education VIC, NSW & TAS Region (LEVNT) and is part of the Victorian and Tasmanian District of the Lutheran Church of Australia / New Zealand (LCANZ).

About the Role

Demonstrate a strong Christian faith and a deep commitment to Lutheran education.
Bring proven experience in educational leadership, ideally within a Foundation to Year 12 setting.
Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships.
Lead and inspire students, staff and families, fostering a supportive and caring environment where learning is optimised.
Confidently embrace contemporary educational practice and drive innovation aligned to the College’s strategic priorities.
Work in partnership with the College Board to ensure the ongoing growth, wellbeing and success of the school community.
