The Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead from the front, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, coaching staff, and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing shifts and ensuring seamless operations.

Upholding high food and service standards.

Handling customer feedback with professionalism.

Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their potential.

Supporting the team in meeting and exceeding performance goals.

Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you’ll bring :

Leadership experience in casual dining or a fast-paced environment (preferred, but not essential).

A proven ability to inspire, coach, and motivate team members.
