We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and able to consistently produce high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant’s standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with menu specifications. Ensure all dishes are cooked to the required quality and portion standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by following all safety and hygiene standards. This includes proper handling and storage of food, maintaining kitchen equipment, and following cleaning schedules.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels, manage stock orders of any shortages or issues with kitchen and service supplies.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared efficiently and on time. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure orders are completed correctly and promptly.
• Contribute to menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements to existing ones.
