Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Specialist, where you will provide essential and analytical support for Worley’s Ethics Helpline program. In this expert-level position, you will handle complex data, prepare insightful reports, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to facilitate communication across our organisation. Your contributions will directly impact our compliance initiatives and support senior managers and executives.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond to inquiries that come in via the Ethics Helpline.
- Log reports on behalf of reporters to the Ethics Helpline.
- Produce monthly management reports on Ethics Helpline activities.
- Prepare presentations on Ethics Helpline statistics for various stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of Ethics Helpline reports for the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with investigators and provide updates on case progress.
- Support the Compliance Manager in triaging new cases within our case management system.
- Follow up with Stakeholders on agreed actions to ensure timely completion.
- Develop and maintain the Ethics Helpline Dashboard using Power BI.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the case management system.
