Job Description
Our Outside School Hours Care service, Kippa Ring Helping Hands , is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent fulltime opportunity offering 38 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours of Monday - Friday, 6 : 30am - 8 : 30am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2 : 50pm - 6 : 00pm (Stay and Play Program) plus administration hours. You can pick up block shifts during the school holidays too!
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
