The Opportunity :
Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Rowville. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following :
- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Assistance with domestic duties
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Manual Handling
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
To be successful in this role you will have :
What shifts we are offering : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 6.30pm – 8.30pm
