About the role and your responsibilities :
As the Organisational Development Advisor, you will develop, implement and monitor a range of programs that promote and support good culture and performance at Parks Victoria. You will work in the creation and development of early interventions that build leadership, engagement, diversity, wellbeing, culture and a learning mindset at Parks Victoria.
You will provide subject matter expertise and flexible responses to a range of essential people interventions and strategies. As part of your role, you will partner with PV managers, the Organisational Development team and the rest of P&C to advise, design and administer OD solutions. You will be responsible for coaching and embedding strategies to ensure sustainable changes take place across the organisation.
