IT Asset & Infrastructure Analyst

In this month temporary contract position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria the IT Asset & Infrastructure Analyst plays a hybrid role that bridges technical infrastructure design and IT asset lifecycle management. This role will oversee data centre and network solution design while also managing end-to-end asset lifecycle operations, vendor accounts, and compliance processes. The successful incumbent ensures seamless integration of business demands, vendor management, and infrastructure strategy, while also maintaining data accuracy, governance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities of this position include :

1. Infrastructure Solution Design & Project Support

• Drive and support data centre and network transitions, including the migration of legacy systems (CMO) to Global Data Centres (GDC) in Frankfurt & Singapore.
• Conduct technical reviews and validate migration runbooks, architecture concepts, and implementation strategies.
• Align business and technical stakeholders, resolving conflicts between internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Infosys, TSI).
• Define, manage, and continuously improve ITSM processes, especially around incident resolution, pricing models, and audit preparedness.
• Provide transparency and regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on infrastructure projects and technical performance.
