The Role :

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, as the Senior Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for the preparation, submission and the financial reporting for the operating sites, additionally your responsibilities will include the following :

• Support the site team with the budget and forecast assessments
• Manufacturing variances and cost variances against plan
• Perform month end and annual / financial year end processes
• Maintain effective controls over the sites inventory
• Ensure regular review of Bill of Materials and labour / direct cost routings to reflect accurate standard costs
• Responsible for the full P&L for both sites
• Implement best practice cost management
• Drive continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities, draw insights, develop solutions and deliver results

Skills & Education :

As the successful candidate you will either be CA / CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 + years operating in a manufacturing environment. Your extensive experience with SAP is essential, demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and product costing, effective communication and influencing skills and the ability to remain resilient and calm under pressure.
