We are currently on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced Internal Sales Specialist to join our team at AkzoNobel in Wetherill Park , NSW . You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development and Sales teams, driving sales growth and market penetration within the powder coating industry across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What will you be doing :

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve national sales targets.
• Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales approaches.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with key prospects and customers.
• Monitor competitive pricing and provide feedback to the marketing team.
• Create and execute sales implementation plans, including customer training and activity plans.
