BuscojobsAustraliaSenior Lending Manager (Commercial and Agri)Based in Central West / Central Tablelands NSWAbout the RoleLocated within Central West / Central Tablelands region of NSW (Bathurst, Blayney, Cabonne, Cowra, Forbes, Lachlan, Lithgow, Oberon, Orange, Parkes and Weddin), this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to Regional Australia Bank's growth in a way that aligns with your professional strengths and contribute to the success of local communities.What You'll Do : Build and manage a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients with a focus on lending solutions exceeding $1 million.Conduct detailed financial analyses and prepare high-quality credit submissions in line with regulatory standards.Provide expert advice and financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses in commercial and agricultural sectors.Actively engage with community organisations and professional networks to promote the Regional Australia Bank brand.We are looking for : A background in commercial and agribusiness lending, with a proven ability to manage complex loan portfolios.A track record of generating business growth, utilising and unearthing new and existing business opportunities, networks and referral sources.Expertise in financial analysis, credit structuring, and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Flexibility to work collaboratively within the NSW branch network and travel as required.Why Join Regional Australia Bank?At Regional Australia Bank, we believe in empowering our communities by providing outstanding financial services with a personal touch.
