The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is working with an established and growing developer with a strong presence across the Australian market. Known for delivering high-quality land and community developments, this organisation has built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and long-term project success.
With a significant pipeline of projects underway, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join the South Australian team. You will play a key role in managing multiple projects across the full development lifecycle, working closely with a collaborative leadership group in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Role
As a Development Manager, you will take ownership of projects from acquisition through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
