The key focus of this role is to accurately determine and calculate quantities required for single dwelling residential designs. More specifically, you will : Estimating on a range of homes including single storey, split-level and double-storey designsGeneration of site costs including cut / fill operations and dropped edge beam and / or dropped garage calculationsCompletion of sales tenders on registered and unregistered land utilising site inspection photos and reports, satellite photos and street view by near mapReading and interpreting construction plansCreation of pre-contract variation pricingAppraisal of external reports to assist you in costing each projectAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
