About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, design-led business operating across multiple locations, known for delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer experience from order through to delivery.
With a strong reputation for service, attention to detail and project delivery, they work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
They are now seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the team, playing a key role in managing delivery schedules and ensuring projects run smoothly from dispatch through to completion.
The Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring deliveries are planned, coordinated and executed in line with customer expectations and project timelines.
You will work closely with operations, warehouse and project teams to manage scheduling, resolve issues and maintain a high level of service across all deliveries.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules across multiple locations
• Work closely with operations, warehouse and project teams to plan logistics
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and in line with customer expectations
• Communicate updates, timelines and any issues clearly to internal teams and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery or scheduling challenges
• Process supplier invoices and manage discrepancies where required
• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Support quality control processes and assist with warranty-related matters
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and reporting tools
Who You Are
• Experience in logistics, coordination or operations roles
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
• Confident communicator with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working with systems, databases or inventory platforms
