The Role
Our federal government client is seeking a highly strategic professional to develop communications across internal and external platforms. As a Video Learning and Communications Manager, you'll play a key part in delivering engaging communications and multimedia content to audiences, supporting organisational capability, professional development, and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Plan, design, develop, and deliver communication products across multiple platforms, including websites, intranet, learning management systems, newsletters, and social media.
- Draft and publish engaging written content such as announcements, articles, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with communications teams to develop promotional resources for learning and development initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop branded communications, program announcements, and outreach products.
- Ensure all content complies with organisational branding guidelines and style standards.
Video and Photography
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to conceptualise and produce engaging video and photographic content.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in learning materials, promotional content, and internal communications.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Support the integration of multimedia content into online learning platforms and other digital formats.

You are a creative and detail-oriented communications professional with strong experience in:
- Digital communications and content development
- Video production and photography
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Applying branding and accessibility standards across multimedia products
