About the Position

This role leads the end-to-end development and delivery of multimedia content for exhibitions, ensuring engaging and high-quality audience experiences across physical and digital platforms. It combines strong project management with technical expertise in audiovisual production, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating internal teams, artists, and external partners. The position plays a key role in shaping how performing arts stories are presented, requiring collaboration, adaptability, and a solid understanding of multimedia systems, rights management, and contemporary exhibition practices.

Band 3.3 | Part Time Ongoing $91,9700 (pro rata) + 12% superannuation

Your experience and skills (key criteria):

• Proven experience delivering multimedia and audiovisual content for exhibitions, including video, sound, and digital installations
• Strong project management expertise with ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects
• Experience developing project briefs, schedules, and documentation, including reporting and resource allocation
• Advanced skills in multimedia software including Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro/Final Cut, and captioning tools
