We are currently assisting experienced Operations Manager with international profile marketing for top opportunities in Canada, Australia, and more!

Job Duties : -

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow, efficiency, and quality standards.

Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for optimal cost-effectiveness.

Lead and supervise cross-functional teams, ensuring performance and productivity targets are met.

Coordinate with departments such as HR, Procurement, Sales, and Finance.

Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

Maintain compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.

Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

Ensure client satisfaction and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).

Report regularly to senior management on operational performance and KPIs.

Salary US $ 55,000 - US $ 95,000 P.A
