Ray White Rural and Livestock is seeking a highly experienced real estate professional to step into a critical Operations Manager role supporting our national franchise network.
The Operations Manager is responsible for translating and implementing our corporate strategies, systems, and operational standards across our franchised businesses.
In this role, you will work closely with franchise owners and their teams to drive initiatives, adoption, performance, compliance, and brand consistency across the Ray White Rural and Livestock network. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in real estate, ideally with prior exposure to the Ray White network or similar franchise environments. Key Responsibilities Franchise Operations Support Act as the primary operational link between Corporate and franchisees Ensure franchisees clearly understand and effectively implement company systems, tools, processes, and operational standards Provide practical guidance to franchise owners and their teams on best practice operational processes Strategy Implementation Drive the rollout and execution of Corporate strategies across the network Translate strategic initiatives into clear operational actions for the Corporate team Monitor adoption and provide feedback to the leadership team on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Systems & Tools Adoption Support the Digital Performance specialist to deliver training to franchise teams and ensure take up of our systems, technology platforms, and tools Identify barriers to adoption and work with franchisees to overcome them Support continuous improvement of systems and operational workflows Performance & Business Improvement Work with the corporate team to identify opportunities to improve operational performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes Share best practices and success stories across the franchise network Training & Capability Development Deliver operational trainings, workshops, and support to franchise businesses Ensure new franchisees are effectively onboarded into the systems and operating model Support the the digital and performance team to provide continuous learning and capability development within the network. Compliance & Brand Standards Support the Marketing manager to ensure that the franchise businesses operate in line with brand standards, operational guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements Relationships Management Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners and key team members Act as a supportive advisor while also maintaining accountability for operational standards and expectations Serve as a voice of the network, providing insights and feedback to the franchisor Skills and Experience Proven operations management experience within the real estate industry Strong understanding of real estate agency operations, systems, and compliance requirements Experience working within a franchise or multi-office network Demonstrated ability to implement strategy and drive adoption across multiple businesses Strong communication and stakeholder management Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Experience with change management and business improvement initiatives Highly regarded: Experience within the Ray White network Rural, livestock, or regional real estate background The Successful Candidate Experienced in real estate operations Practical, hands-on and solutions-focused Strong relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence experienced business owners Highly organised and capable of managing multiple initiatives across the Rural & Livestock network Passionate about driving performance and helping real estate businesses succeed. The successful applicant will play a key role in elevating operational performance, drive consistency, and strengthen engagement across the Ray White Rural and Livestock network.
