  • About the Role

    TCWA are currently seeking a Sales Administrator on a fixed term, maternity leave cover contract to join our successful team based at our Kewdale branch.

    TCWA has recently been acquired by Volvo Group, a global leader in next-gen technologies and sustainable road transport solutions. This acquisition brings exciting opportunities for access to world class resources, technologies and career development pathways, opening the door to some of the best opportunities in the industry.

    This role requires someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

    • Processing the sales administration of new and used trucks
    • Providing administrative support to the sales team
    • Assisting with month end processes and ad hoc reports
    • Completing the licensing and paperwork of new vehicles
    • Assisting with relief cover for reception as required
    • The Successful Applicant

      To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following :

    • Previous exposure and experience in a similar position would be highly desirable
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
    • The ability to work well under pressure
    • Strong organisation and time management skills
    • Current Driver's License & vehicle
