Our client is a leading charter solutions company in Australia supporting a wide base of passenger and freight requirements for both private and corporate services.

They are currently looking for an  Aviation Stores Supervisor  that will work within a small and dynamic team to ensure the efficient coordination and management of stores.

Job Responsibilities

• Process goods receipts and issues using the provided guidelines through the companies ERP system (Ramco).
• DG shipping approval highly desired but not essential
• Ensure all corporate information is captured within the Company’s business systems adhering to recordkeeping policies and procedures.
• Packaging and freighting materials as directed.
• Assisting in procurement when required.
• Handling of international and domestic freight – booking, tracking, collecting on forwarding requirements.
• Dispatching goods through designated freight forwarders.
• Periodic stock takes.
• Inventory management and regular stock control.
• Logistical support and assistance to internal stake holders.
• Liaising with the group’s business units as necessary.
• Maintaining records and stock traceability.
• Coordinating and applying storage procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations.
• Supervision of storepersons.
• General warehouse and driving duties.
