Job descriptionKey responsibilities include ; Oversee and manage the entire operational employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, employee relations and off-boarding Coach and develop the HR generalist team to build capability Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters covering the employee life-cycle Provide support and advice on performance / disciplinary matters ensuring compliance and sound interpretation of relevant legislation, policies and procedures Manage workers compensation and injury claims At least five years experience in a generalist HR Manager position or HR BP with leadership Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential) Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines Meticulous attention to detail Comfortable being hands-on Strong coaching and leadership experience Immediate start Supportive leadership team who value and invest in HR Opportunity to lead critical projects of work pertaining to EVP, leadership development and building organisational capability Office based - initially and whilst Hybrid Policy being rolled out k base

Our client seeks to appoint a competent and experienced Generalist HR Manager to support end to end operations and is critical to organisational transformation.
Description
Reporting to the GM People and Culture, the HR Manager will have a generalist focus, managing people-related activities across the employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding and supporting employee well-being. The HR Manager will provide operational leadership to a generalist HR team and operate as a 2IC to the GM People and Culture.
