The Head of Marketing will lead all aspects of marketing for our B2B SaaS business, driving growth, demand generation, and brand visibility through digital, content, and event marketing. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, this role blends strategy with hands‑on execution to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead digital and growth marketing across SEO, SEM, paid social, content, and email automation.
• Design and deliver integrated campaigns, including webinars, events, and digital activations.
• Oversee the content strategy and ensure consistent, high‑quality brand messaging.
• Manage the company website, ensuring SEO best practices and conversion optimisation.
• Implement and optimise marketing technologies and automation tools to improve performance and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing marketing team, and manage external agencies.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
