Position Objective

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can translate concepts into visually engaging content for both print and digital media. You will work closely with multiple teams across Francesca to develop innovative and high-quality designs that align with our brand vision and strategic goals .

The ideal candidate has expert knowledge of design software , an eye for aesthetics, and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles . You should be comfortable collaborating with teams , taking creative direction, and adapting designs to suit different mediums and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Development

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with internal teams to create high-quality, visually compelling assets .
  • Work across a variety of design projects , including but not limited to :

Print Collateral – Design brochures, posters, packaging, and other marketing materials .

Visual Merchandising – Assist with in-store branding, signage, and displays .

Website Design & UI / UX – Work with the Senior Graphic Designer to enhance the website experience while maintaining brand consistency.

Email Marketing Design – Develop visually engaging email templates that enhance customer engagement.

Brand Identity & Consistency

  • Ensure all design work aligns with Francesca’s brand guidelines , maintaining a consistent visual identity across all channels.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that reflect current trends while staying true to our brand aesthetic .
  • Digital Asset Management & Best Practices

  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials using a content management system .
  • Stay up to date with design trends, technology, and best practices to keep our visuals innovative and fresh.
