About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and verifying data across various platforms. This opportunity is ideal for students, stay-at-home parents, freelancers, or anyone looking for flexible remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Input data from documents, images, spreadsheets, or online sources
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain and organize digital records and databases
Perform basic data formatting, categorization, and cleanup
Follow project-specific instructions and communicate progress to supervisors

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools

Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
