General Sales Manager / Dealer Principal

Overview

Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) is a global leader in the recreational vehicle (RV) and tourism industries, with operations across New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. THL designs, manufactures, rents, and sells RVs under a portfolio of brands including Maui, Britz, Apollo, Winnebago, Windsor, Coromal, and Adria. The company also operates tourism attractions and develops travel technology solutions, with a strong presence in RV dealerships across Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for a passionate car or caravan person with previous auto or caravan sales experience and exceptional customer service skills to join us as a General Sales Manager / Dealer Principal .

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Process Expertise : Understand the value of each step in the sales process and present yourself professionally in appearance and attitude.
• Customer Service : Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, putting them at the forefront and responding to their needs.
• Dealership Operations : Oversee all dealership activities including sale, pre-delivery, accessory upfit and handover of vehicles. Work closely with Head Office departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Leadership : Lead by example, especially in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrate negotiation and closing skills to meet KPIs and sales targets.
