Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum.

We are currently seeking a Pre owned Sales consultant to join our growing team in Used cars. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end vehicle sales process and for creating an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with customers
• Determining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle models
• Showing vehicles and arranging test drives with customers
• Taking sale orders and preparing the contract of sale and any other relevant paperwork
• Preparing the vehicle for delivery, including booking fitment of aftermarket products and accessories
• Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
