About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our close-knit team of 10. Whether you’re an experienced agent or a hungry new starter ready to make your mark, this role is all about getting out there, building relationships, and generating business.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, managing client campaigns, and driving leasing and sales outcomes across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new business leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property inspections and manage marketing campaigns
• Negotiate with tenants and purchasers
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and disclosure statements
• Meet and exceed KPIs with full support from leadership

What We Are Looking For

• Real Estate Sales Representative Licence (RSR) — essential
• Appetite for business development and self-driven success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Understanding of commercial property legislation and market trends
• 2–3 years’ experience preferred — but we’re open to ambitious newcomers
