Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning or guidance of products in the corresponding region, organize technical training, maintenance and upgrade (including inverter, data collector and management system)
- Timely shut down the on-site service processing of inverter and management system after-sale problems;
- Responsible for drafting and reviewing technical agreement, providing project technical data, drafting and reviewing technical tender.
- Collect and study the mid-term and long-term needs of customers, and provide demand input for the company's product planning and development, And participate in the review of product development process.
- Responsible for PV inverter products international market interaction, information collection and analysis, responsible for international market demand customer technical support and question-and-answer.
- Engage in customer relationship development, project operation and business negotiation, assist sales to achieve the sales targets of inverter products and solutions.
Qualifications
Associate Bachelor degree or above, engineering (automation, electrical, computer, mechanical, etc.) backgroundExperience in electrical equipment, software and hardware delivery and maintenance servicesFormer Working experience in PV or inverter field, with electrical related certificateStrong English ability, can be used as a working language, and can adapt to long-term business tripsHave a strong sense of customer service, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and have strong coordination skillsSeniority level
