Job descriptionDesign-led, Australian-made products shaping experiences across councils, universities, schools and cities Strong commitment to innovation, sustainability and right-to-repair All teams under one roof - collaborate closely with design, engineering, sales, marketing, production and operations Growth opportunities, including a pathway into international markets, particularly the USA Shape and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring strong market fit and alignment with growth targets Lead go-to-market launches, coordinating pricing, systems integration, collateral and campaigns Manage the full product lifecycle, from continuous improvement to rationalisation and discontinuation Drive market intelligence and pricing strategy, analysing competitors and reporting on performance Act as the hub of product knowledge, training and equipping teams and distributor partners Ensure all products meet sustainability commitments and compliance standards in Australia and the USA 8+ years’ experience in product management, ideally in durable goods, manufacturing or related industries Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, engineering, business or similar Professional qualifications or experience in industrial design highly regarded Proven success in cross-functional product launches and lifecycle management Commercially astute with strong analytical and pricing expertise Skilled in systems thinking and efficiency (e.g. BOM management, production optimisation) A confident communicator and trainer, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external partners Passionate about innovation, sustainability and design excellence Evidence of strong product-market fit through customer feedback, adoption and sales growth On-time, in-full and within-budget delivery of product launches Effective lifecycle management with a rationalised portfolio, reduced part complexity and timely discontinuations Accurate and timely pricing updates and competitor analysis High-quality, up-to-date collateral and documentation Strong cross-functional collaboration and effective team training Mid-Senior level Full-time Furniture and Home Furnishings Manufacturing
