Job description

Nagambie HealthCare is a progressive, community-owned rural health service located on the beautiful Nagambie Lakes. It offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a calmer pace of life, close to nature, while still being only 90 minutes from Melbourne.

Nagambie HealthCare provides aged care and community care services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated administrative professional to join our team.

As a member of our Administration Team, you will be part of a supportive and enthusiastic workforce, contributing to the smooth operation of our services and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for our residents.

You will be well supported in your role, working in an environment with effective systems, healthy staffing levels, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks across the facility
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office systems
  • Support staff with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise professionally with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Assist with HR and recruitment support as required
  • Manage IT and office systems to ensure functionality and efficiency

Skills & Experience

  • Proven administration experience, ideally in healthcare or aged care
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
