What you will work on

Bringing positive energy to every shift, supporting your teammates, and helping make the store a welcoming place for customers.

Contribute to store sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service, confidently engaging with customers, and driving add-on sales to help the team reach sales targets.

Bring the brand vision to life by representing our brand values in how you interact with customers, maintain the store, and deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Engaging with customers, offering styling advice or product knowledge, and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.

Maintain Visual Merchandising standards by keeping the store tidy, well-presented, and aligned with current visual guidelines so it always looks its best.

Champion a fun and safe store environment by following all safety procedures, promoting teamwork, and helping ensure every customer and team member enjoys their time in store.

Who we are looking for

Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket settings

Passionate about fashion, luxury streetwear and sneaker culture

Comfortable and confident working in a busy, energetic team environment

Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals

Open to constructive feedback and keen to learn

Available for late-night trade and weekends
