About the role
Our B2B team is dynamic, growing quickly, and always evolving – so we’re looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join us in the Sydney, focusing on our Enterprise and Government customers.
In this role, you'll take the lead in shaping the ongoing success of your accounts, owning the day-to-day relationships with some of our largest customers, executing your strategy, while aligning your efforts with monthly and quarterly growth targets.
You’ll be dedicated to long-term growth, putting your customers first and building trust that lasts. With the support of the wider Officeworks team, you’ll focus on nurturing relationships—creating meaningful, lasting business opportunities that grow alongside your clients
Your impact will be seen in the achievement of your goals – from long term sales growth to customer retention, and everything in between. You’ll develop strong, meaningful relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner who delivers tailored solutions based on sound commercial insight.
What you’ll do :
About you
You thrive on building and maintaining deep relationships with contract / account management, including 5+ years in face-to-face or field sales within a Business to Business (B2B) environment. Your strategic, customer first mindset, is complemented by a sharp commercial focus, always spotting opportunities to grow and deliver results. In addition, you will have :
