About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join a friendly office team, based on-site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines customer interaction, administrative support, and some sales involvement. As part of a supportive team, your role is vital in ensuring smooth order processing, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer phone calls and emails, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Generate quotes and estimates accurately, support order processing in SAP, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and nurture customer relationships alongside Account Managers, understanding client needs and escalating issues with empathy.
• Assist in preparing and submitting quotes, following up to convert leads into sales, and developing negotiation skills over time.
• Support administrative tasks such as monitoring open quotes and orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling petty cash or credit application processes.
• Participate in team activities, product training, and contribute to a positive, safety-conscious office environment.
