The Job
As the Vice President, Global People Partnering, you will lead our global People Business Partnering function across the Simpro Group and its subsidiaries. With a presence in ANZ, the US, and the UK, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global people strategy in close alignment with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you’ll bring a strategic, data-driven, and people-first approach to drive performance, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness at scale.
You’ll lead a high-performing team of People Partners in a matrixed environment, working in close collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence—including Talent, People Operations, Communications, and Systems—to deliver cohesive and forward-thinking people solutions. Experience navigating M&A, organizational transformation, and cultural change in global, high-growth environments will be highly regarded.
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic leadership and global oversight of the People Partnering function, aligning people strategy with business objectives across key regions including ANZ, the US, and the UK.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping and influencing enterprise-level decisions through forward-looking workforce strategies, organizational design, and talent planning.
Lead large-scale transformation efforts—including M&A integration, business model evolution, and cultural alignment—ensuring people initiatives are a catalyst for sustainable growth and change readiness.
Mentor and coach senior leaders to drive high-impact performance, inclusive leadership, and organizational effectiveness, fostering a strong bench of future-ready talent.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence to architect and implement holistic, data-informed talent strategies—spanning succession planning, leadership development, and employee experience.
Drive a high-performance culture by embedding innovative engagement, development, and retention practices that unlock potential and deliver measurable business value.
Leverage people analytics and insights to anticipate trends, assess program efficacy, and continuously optimize strategic initiatives.
Champion a consistent, equitable, and values-aligned employee experience globally, ensuring compliance with labor laws while elevating our culture and brand as an employer of choice.
What You’ll Bring
12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior People Business Partner or HR leadership role in a global business
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
Exceptional leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills with executives and cross-functional teams.
Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, change management, and leadership development.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data and insights to drive decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex HR issues with tact and diplomacy.
Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Knowledge of Workday, preferred.
Ability to travel
