• About the Role
• You’ll be the go-to person for sales, product and pricing questions, and you’ll help coordinate marketing campaigns, training sessions and business improvement projects. You’ll also play a key role in developing new products and processes, making sure our brokers are always up to speed and ready to deliver great results. Collaboration is key, you’ll work with teams across sales, finance, IT and more, all while keeping an eye on budgets and helping us grow our portfolio.

• You’re someone who loves building relationships and thrives on helping others succeed. You’re adaptable, proactive and always ready to tackle new challenges. Communication comes naturally to you, whether you’re chatting with brokers, writing up reports, or presenting new ideas, you know how to get your message across.Ideally, you’ve got a degree in business or a related field, and you’ve spent some time working with third-party brokers in Equipment Finance. You understand financial analysis and credit policies, and you’ve got experience in customer service, marketing or product management within financial services.You’re comfortable with spreadsheets and presentations, and you know your way around the commercial market. Most importantly, you’re detail-oriented, results-driven and love working as part of a team.
