Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Fountain Gate Location Opening SOON. We are seeking passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) / Floor Supervisors for 2 new stores due to open late 2025 in Fountain Gate, Vic on a full-time basis. Successful candidates will be starting soon to ensure adequate training before we commence our bump in and trade for these locations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
• Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Representing the adidas brand / company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
• Training and coaching the team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
