As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new senior lawyer who will shape the future of our practice.

What you will do

• Lead commercial matters across contracts, transactions, risk mitigation and dispute
• Negotiate confidently with clients, suppliers and key partner
• Manage your own matters with autonomy and attention to detail
• Build advisory relationships with clients who value honesty, responsiveness and commercial insight
• Work directly with the Managing Partner to shape the Commercial practice
• Mentor junior team members as we continue to expand
• Provide commercial input on business decisions for clients, helping them grow and protect value
• Manage a mix of front-end work and commercial disputes to keep the role varied and interesting
• Contribute to business development activities where your relationships naturally evolve
