Summary of Role
The Export Coordinator is responsible for :
- Providing a high level of customer service to all customers
- Coordinating the sales and shipments of products to a group of customers and / or intercompany offices
- Reporting sales
- Conducting work in a safe manner and demonstrating a strong commitment to SDI’s values of passion, accountability, respect, teamwork and innovation
Specific Responsibilities
Responsible for customer accounts from order entry, full export documentation, credit limits and regulatory affairs issuesMonitors Intercompany stock & shipmentsMonitors and codes expensesAssists with forecasting & monitors Intercompany Inventory as requiredProcesses product returns / creditsMonitors freight rates and ensures SDI always has competitive ratesKeeps up to date with import requirements and legislation changes of countries that SDI exports toOther duties as requiredKey Relationships (Internal & External)

The position is located at BayswaterWorking hours : 10‑day fortnightLocal, interstate and international travel as requiredEducation Level

Essential Experience
Fluent in SpanishInternational trade qualifications (advantageous)Dangerous Good Certified for both Airfreight and Seafreight (advantageous)Previous export job experience minimum 2 yearsStrong organisation and administration skillsKnowledge and skills
